With continued growth and plenty happening across their property function, they're looking for an experienced Legal Administrator -Propertyto support their Property and Construction teams.
n
Let's be upfront: this is a busy, fast-paced role with plenty of moving parts. You'll be exposed to a broad mix of leasing, property and construction matters, so if you enjoy variety, like being kept busy and want to continue building your experience, there's a lot to get excited about here.

About the role

Manage a broad range of leasing, property and construction documentation.
n
Coordinate property legal matters with external legal partners from review through to execution.
n
Review lease documentation and support negotiations.
n
Prepare legal documentation and property summaries.
n
Support internal teams with lease interpretation and property-related matters.
n
Maintain accurate property and lease records, including key dates and obligations.
n
Support internal approval processes and coordinate documentation across multiple stakeholders.
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Property Legal Secretary, Leasing Paralegal or Property Paralegal.
n
Experience with lease reviews, negotiations and document execution.
n
Legal drafting, franchise or easement experience would be a bonus.
n
Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
n
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
A practical, team-first approach with the ability to work autonomously when needed.
n
n
