Your experience needs to stand up on site
Your strengths will include:
Accurate installation, clean finishing and strong attention to detail.
Efficient work habits and reliable completion within agreed timeframes.
Practical problem-solving on difficult or unusual installations.
Sound judgement about what you can resolve and when to raise an issue.

You'll bring established trade skills. Your onboarding will give you a clear understanding of the workflows, quality standards and systems you'll be working within.
Your
90-day scorecard
will document your capability across the work, recognise your strengths and identify any areas that need attention.
You'll know exactly what you're responsible for through your

The work you'll take on
Working with the Director / Team Leader, you'll carry out:
Aluminium window and door removal and replacement.
Frameless and semi-frameless shower screen installations.
Mirror and splashback installations.
General glazing and renovation fit-off work.
Most jobs involve residential renovations and retrofit installations across Brisbane and South East Queensland, with some commercial projects.
What you'll need
At least five years of relevant glazing and installation experience.
Strong, proven skills across windows, doors and shower screens.
The ability to complete detailed installations independently.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
