About the role
This active role is ideallysuitable foran experienced Store Manager/ 2IC with a passion for fair leadership, team development and customer service.



You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of our concessions located in Maroochydore QLD.
Recruit, train, and lead a positive and dynamic team.
Manage stock levels and rotations.
Skills and experience
Previous experience as a Store Manager/ 2IC in the Retail or hospitality industry.
Competent understanding in all areas of the day-day running of a retail business.
Solid negotiating, problem solving and conflict management skills.
Strong delegation and lead by example skills.
Sound knowledge of OH & S regulations.
Manager footwear allowance.
Permanent role.(Full time, Part time & casual positions available)
