FreshFood Services manufactures and markets well known coffee brands including Robert Timms, Bushells & Café Bar.

We currently have a vacancy for a Admin officer in our warehouse at Concord.
n
The role would ideally suit a candidate with previous warehouse experience who wishes to progress their career, and take on new responsibilities.
n
The primary responsibilities include:
n
n
Liaise with work teams and warehouse activities
n
Coordinate dispatches to customers
n
Organise delivery and pick-ups with co-packers
n
Organise sea and air freight shipments
n
Assist with monthly cycle counting
n
n
The successful applicant would need to possess the following
n
n
Attention to detail
n
Have worked in a quick paced environment
n
Forklift licence would be preferable but not essential
n
Experience in using ERP systems
n
Self motivated
n
Ability to work within a team
n
Ability to work within WH&S; guidelines
n
Have a strong commitment to quality & customer focus
n
n
