The Role:
n You'll be the face of the business, representing premium properties and delivering an exceptional experience to both landlords and prospective tenants.
n Your responsibilities will include:
n

Conducting open homes and private inspections for high-end properties across the Inner West
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective tenants and landlords
n
Managing applications and sourcing the most suitable tenants for your clients
n
Providing a high level of customer service throughout the leasing process
n
Managing your own calendar, appointments and daily schedule
n
Supporting the Property Management team with ad-hoc duties & administration
n
Working within a high-performing team that supports your development and success
n

The Candidate:
n
n
Must hold a certificate of registration
n
You will ideally have experience in Real Estate
n
Current driver's licence & reliable vehicle
n
Highly organised, lead by example & able to work autonomously
n
High attention to detail & high level of customer service
n
A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
n
The ability to build & maintain new relationships
n
Excellent presentation and communication skills
n
NO experience will be considered if you are energetic, passionate & hold a current certificate of registration
n
