You will manage the daily operations of a residential rent roll while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. This is a permanent part-time role (5 hours per day, 5 days per week), with a transparent pathway to full-time as the portfolio grows.
Key responsibilities
Managing tenant and owner enquiries
Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trades
Lease renewals and rent reviews
Processing tenant applications
Preparing tenancy agreements (Form 18a)
Preparing Form 6 agreements for new owners
Conducting entry, routine and exit inspections
Lodging work orders and entering invoices
About you
Current QLD Real Estate Salesperson or Property Manager Licence
Current Driver's Licence
Previous property management experience
Strong understanding of REIQ documentation
Experience preparing Form 18a agreements




Excellent communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Experience using PropertyMe software or other property management software an advantage
Previous Experience doing Trust accounting would be an advantage
