Are you a client-focused audit leader ready to take greater ownership of client relationships, team leadership, and audit delivery? As a Manager at Crowe Australasia, you'll lead engagement teams, work closely with clients and partners, and help deliver high-quality audits across a diverse portfolio.

Your role, your contribution!

Be a key contact for clients, building trust and long-term working relationships
n
Plan and deliver audits to quality, budget and regulatory standards, including agreed timelines and Crowe audit methodology requirements.
n
Lead engagement teams, allocate work effectively and monitor progress throughout the audit.
n
Review audit working papers, financial statements, audit reports, management letters and other engagement deliverables.
n
Identify and resolve accounting and auditing matters, escalating significant or complex issues to the engagement partner as appropriate.
n
Communicate audit findings clearly and practically to clients.
n
Coach, develop and allocate work to build team capability, including providing regular feedback and on-the-job coaching.
n
Ensure compliance with audit methodology and accounting standards
n
Manage engagement economics, including budgets, WIP, recoverability and resourcing.
n
Identify growth opportunities and support fee proposals
n

What you will bring to the role:
n
n
Demonstrated external audit experience within Australia, with strong knowledge of Australian Auditing Standards and Australian Accounting Standards.
n
Previous experience with Australian auditing and accounting standards
n
Sound business acumen with the ability to manage competing priorities within agree timeframes
n
Strong capability to lead and inspire teams, with experience coaching and developing others.
n
Strong client relationship and communication skills.
n
Experience reviewing financial statements and resolving technical accounting and audit matters.
n
Experience with CaseWare Working Papers and Financial statements highly regarded.
