Join a growing electrical company on the Sunshine Coast with strong systems, steady workflow, and a great team culture. We're looking for an experienced, organised, and proactive Electrical Operations Supervisor to lead our day-to-day operations from our head office in Caloundra.

About the Role
n
This is a full-time operational role. You will:
n
n
Coordinate daily schedules for technicians and apprentices
n
Manage and liaise with clients/customers - communication, job updates, and variations
n
Quote projects up to $40,000 (upgrades, renovations, minor commercial work, EV chargers, small fit-outs)
n
Oversee job workflow, quality control, and WHS compliance
n
Support stock management, job costing, and system improvements
n
Work closely with management to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
n

A Day in the Life
n
Your day starts by reviewing the schedule and assigning jobs to the team. You'll manage customer updates, review job progress, and prepare quotes for projects up to $40,000.



Between overseeing workflow and quality control, you'll support the team, solve problems on the run, and ensure every job runs smoothly — all while keeping systems, safety, and customer satisfaction on track.

What We're Looking For
n

Simpro experience – essential
n
Advanced Simpro user with extensive system experience required
n
Robust electrical background, 10+ years preferable
n
Confidence quoting and managing multiple small-to-medium projects
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Experience leading or supervising a small teamOrganised, proactive, and confident handling scheduling and admin
n
Ready to step off the tools into a
leadership/operations
role
n
Mandatory electrical trade qualification required
n
Australian work rights essential or sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates
n
