We are looking for a Vaccine Blending Manufacturing Technician who will be responsible for carrying out area specific tasks in order to meet production schedules.
Job Requirements:
Commitment to EH&S.;
Carrying out all the manufacturing activities required as per quality and safety standards.
Mechanical aptitude.
Can do, hands on attitude.
Capable of detecting and resolving equipment/process issues
Good communication, planning and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google suits.




Neat and legible handwriting is a must.
Willingness to work occasional overtime to support production schedules (including some weekends)
Liaise with and effectively build strong relationships with other team members and key stakeholders
Physically fit, some manual lifting will be required.
Must have own transport.
Biological Science skill - desirable.
Job Responsibilities:
Adherence to the production schedule by carrying out tasks as required.
Participation in various compliance related activities (eg GMP. EH&S;, etc).
Record keeping in Batch Records and Logbooks; writing and review of SOP's
Housekeeping of work areas.
Sterilisation of equipment and vessels - use of autoclave and in situ vessel sterilisation.
Sterile filtration of solutions.
Clean room gowning and aseptic techniques.
Sampling of processes and systems as required.
A genuine interest in production-oriented roles as well as the desire to actively participate in a team environment is an important prerequisite. You will be required to work within all areas of Sterile Production to provide cross-functional support.
