The Role

We are seeking a Permanent Full-Time
Service Coordinator
to join our Defence team and support the successful delivery of Airmaster's Defence contract.
In this role, you'll play an key part in coordinating day-to-day service activities, supporting our Service Technicians and field teams, managing customer communications, and ensuring jobs are accurately administered from initial request through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitor and manage service requests through Airmaster's systems.
Coordinate Service Technicians, field staff and subcontractors to support timely delivery of works.
Manage the Defence inbox and incoming phone enquiries.
Process job close-outs, service documentation, invoicing and data entry.
Identify and escalat**e** defects or issues arising from service works.
Coordinate subcontractor attendance and ensure service reports and documentation are completed.
Liaise with customers, technicians and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of works in progress.
Maintain accurate records and ensure Defence contract administration requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience working within administration or service/scheduling, and possess the following skills:
Experience in Service Industry and tasked with dispatching field staff (ideal)
Experience working with Defence services (ideal)
Intermediate computer skills and a basic understanding of accounting functions
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with pleasant phone manner
Outstanding eye for detail, organised and able to meet deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative
Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships with colleagues and customers
High attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Intermediate computer skills and typing skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Maintain a professional image and possess good interpersonal skills
