We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in civil construction and TMR projects. You will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects, working closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
n
Provide engineering support across civil construction and infrastructure projects.
n
Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of project works.
n
Manage project documentation, quality requirements and technical records.
n
Monitor project progress, costs,



variations and subcontractor performance.
n
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and project documentation.
n
Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, consultants and clients.
n
Assist with procurement, material requirements and subcontractor management.
n
Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications, TMR requirements and relevant Australian Standards.
n
Support quality assurance, inspections, testing and project documentation.
n
Identify and resolve technical issues throughout project delivery.
n
Assist with project programming, reporting and forecasting.
n
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across project sites.
n
What You Bring to the Team
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in civil engineering or project engineering roles.
n
Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
n
Demonstrated experience delivering Transport and Main Roads (TMR) projects.
n
Solid understanding of civil construction methodologies and project delivery.
n
Experience working with project specifications, drawings, quality documentation and technical requirements.
n




Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
n
Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a project team.
n
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project costs and variations.
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
n
Full Australian working rights.
n
Ability to pass relevant pre-employment checks.
n
