EML is seeking an Impairment Perks Specialist to join our Melbourne team on a full-time 12-month contract. You will manage impairment benefit claims end-to-end, navigate ACC and WorkSafe requirements, and ensure timely, fair outcomes for injured workers.

Based in Melbourne with hybrid flexibility (work from home up to 2 days per week), you will contribute to a purpose-driven, supportive culture and leverage AMA4 knowledge and WorkSafe guidelines to optimise claim outcomes.
