New Home Sales Consultant.
If you are a highly motivated, and experienced New Home Sales Consultant with a proven track record in new home sales, please submit your application.
Key responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting customers at display homes
Identify sales opportunities with new clients
Work closely with clients to design their home
Generate,maintain and convert leads to meet targets
Caretaking of display homes
Develop solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Start and maintain a strong network with local developers to provide house and land packages
The successful candidate will possess:
An outgoing and friendly personality
Be performance and results driven with strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets




Well developed organisational and client management skills
Willingness to go above and beyond to provide 5-star quality service to clients and the company
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with working autonomously
Prior experience in the home building industry
Demonstrate compliance through local council and housing codes
Training can be provided
