About the role
n
Working across commercial and industrial projects, you'll play an important role in developing new business opportunities, preparing accurate estimates and building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and industry stakeholders.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Managing sales activities and following up on incoming leads
n
Preparing detailed job costings, material take-offs and tender submissions
n
Reviewing plans, drawings and project specifications
n
Liaising with suppliers to build strong relationships and improve buying power
n




Building and maintaining relationships with builders, contract administrators and other stakeholders
n
Estimating commercial and industrial roofing projects
n
Supporting the business in identifying and securing new project opportunities
n
n
About you
n
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
n
Effective time management and organisational skills
n
Experience with Drafting, CAD, Bluebeam and/or Revit
n
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
n
Solid knowledge of the commercial metal roofing industry
n
The ability to work autonomously while also contributing effectively to a team
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
n
