The Role
n
We're looking for a hands‐on, skilled Carpenter & Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This role is varied, with no two days the same — you might be building a deck one day, repairing a roof the next, or doing detailed property maintenance work for long‐term clients.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Perform all aspects of Carpentry work including framing, decking, doors, windows, flooring
n
General building maintenance and repairs including plastering, painting, roofing, tiling etc
n
Work independently and as part of a team on multiple job sites
n




Ensure all work meets our quality and safety standards
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Qualified Carpentry experience for carpentry/building maintenance
n
Ideally 3+ years (Post Apprenticeship) experience
n
Current driver's licence – Manual (company vehicle provided)
n
Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
n
Strong problem-solving and communication skills including attention to detail
n
Commitment to workplace safety and workmanship
n
White Card required. Other relevant tickets will be advantageous (EWP etc)
n
