ACA Insulations is a Brisbane-based mechanical insulation and ductwork manufacturer, working on commercial fitouts, shopping centres, and civic projects across South East Queensland. We're currently based in Clontarf, with plans to move to a larger facility within 6 months as part of our expansion.

This is an on-the-tools role. No FIFO, no interstate travel, no chasing you down for a paper timesheet - just a well-run shed, a small crew who respect you, and a genuine say in how the floor operates.

The Role
n

Run the day-to-day flow of the shed - duct manufacture, job allocation, and materials
n
Lead and mentor a small crew, on the shed floor alongside them, not above them
n
Keep jobs moving to deadline across current and upcoming commercial projects
n
Work directly with the owner - decisions get made quick, no layers of management
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n
3-5+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing - ideally in Air Diffusion
n
Full working rights in Australia
n




A track record of turning up, on time, every day - and getting the best out of the people around you
n
Ability to read and understand Construction Drawings
n
Fit for manual handling, ladder work, and an active shed floor
n
