Your Duties may Include (but not limited to)
n

Leading the recruitment process from start to finish—posting roles, chatting with candidates, and helping us hire the right people
n
Working closely with management to understand recruitment needs
n
Creating a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new starters
n
Supporting day-to-day HR tasks and helping maintain a positive workplace culture
n
Assisting with policies, employee questions, and general HR support
n
Helping us improve how we attract and retain great people
n
n
What We're Looking For
n

Experience in HR and recruitment
n
A people-first mindset and great communication skills
n
Someone who's organised, adaptable, and enjoys a bit of variety in their day
n
Confidence working with different stakeholders across the business
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in and help where needed
n
NDIS sector experience preferred but not required
n

About You:

We require all our team members to be reliable, committed, and empathetic individuals who ensure quality in all they do.
n
Qualification in Human Resources or Similar
n
NDIS orientation and induction modules
n
Australian Driving license
n
Right to work in Australia
n
Able to commence work as soon as possible
n
Experience in HR and recruitment required
n
