This Casual role is to support our school clients on-site, who are located in Queanbeyan and in the surrounding regions.
n We are looking for candidates with part-time or full time availability.
n
Occasional travel to Sydney may be required for training.
n
About the Role:
n
We are looking for a tech savvy & customer service orientated candidate to work with our educational customers, deploying IT equipment to schools as well as supporting teachers, students and staff with their day-to-day IT support requirements.
n
Training is provided.
n
The role would require a NSW drivers license and access to a car. Have or be willing to obtain both a clear NSW Working with Children Check and clear National Police Check.
n
Key duties will include:
n
n
Deploying and configuring IT equipment
n
Providing amazing customer service across interactions with staff and students as their first point of contact for staff and student IT enquiries
n
Managing and actioning IT support requests logged through a ticketing system
n
Proactively identifying opportunities to develop and improve the school's technology
n
n
About You:




n
Passion for providing great customer service and building relationships
n
n
Currently studying, recently graduated, previous experience, or looking for an entry level IT role.
n
Enjoys problem solving and working towards a solution
n
Ready with a baseline understanding of IT, or ability to learn quickly and demonstrate skills
n
Highly organised and ability to effectively prioritise workload
n
Great communication skills, both written and verbally
n
