Key responsibilities

Analyse commercial and operational performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities
n
Turn data into clear insights that help leaders make better commercial decisions
n
Build and improve reporting, dashboards and performance measures across the business
n
Support leaders with performance reviews, forecasting and commercial insights
n
Find opportunities to simplify processes through automation, AI and technology
n




Work with teams across Operations, Finance, Commercial and other business units
n

About you

Analytical, curious and commercially minded
n
Solid with Excel, data and reporting
n
Comfortable using or learning tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot or SQL
n
A natural problem solver who looks for better ways to do things
n
Confident working with stakeholders and turning data into practical outcomes
n
Interested in AI, automation and digital innovation
