Client Services Officer - Financial Planning and Advice

The opportunity

Join a respected Financial Planning and Accounting firm with a strong presence across the Sutherland Shire. Supporting a large and loyal client base, the business combines experienced advisers, accountants and established systems with a genuine team culture where people are valued and supported to grow.

This is a true client-facing role where you will work closely with advisers, clients and external providers to keep advice strategies moving from recommendation through to implementation. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless client experience while gaining exposure to a broad range of wealth, retirement and insurance strategies.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Support advisers through the end-to-end implementation of financial advice.
n
Manage client reviews, meeting preparation and ongoing service requirements.
n
Prepare advice documentation, applications and client correspondence.
n
Build solid client relationships and act as a key point of contact.
n
Liaise with platforms, fund managers, insurers and product providers.
n
Maintain accurate records and support compliance requirements.
n




Ensure client matters are progressed efficiently and professionally.
n

Experience required
n
n
Experience in financial planning administration or client services.
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
Confidence using Microsoft 365 and financial planning software.
n
Experience with AdviserLogic or similar software will be highly regarded.
