The role
n
You'll work across both our showroom and technical support, helping customers find the right products while developing the skills to troubleshoot and understand pool equipment.
n
Your day may include:
n
n
Welcoming customers and helping them find the right pool, spa, equipment and options.
n
Answering customer enquiries in the showroom, by phone and email.
n
Learning to troubleshoot common pool equipment and water-quality issues.
n
Performing pool and spa water testing and helping customers understand the results.
n
Developing a strong understanding of pumps, filters, chlorinators, heaters, automation and other pool equipment.
n
Supporting customers with basic technical enquiries and escalating more complex issues when required.
n
Assisting with quotes,



follow-ups and sales administration.
n
Learning how pool systems work together, including equipment and installation processes.
n
Assisting with customer appointments, site assessments and basic plans.
n
Keeping customer and sales information up to date in HubSpot.
n
Working closely with our sales, construction and technical teams to deliver a great customer experience.
n

About you

You don't need to be a pool expert — we'll teach you.

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, confident and comfortable talking to customers.

Naturally curious and enjoys learning how things work.
n
Interested in both sales and technical problem-solving.
n
Practical, organised and a good communicator.
n
Keen to learn and develop new skills.
n
A team player who takes initiative.
n

Previous sales, customer service or technical experience is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
