We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Diecutting Operator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone keen to progress and build a long term career in manufacturing with a company that values its people and promotes from within.

What you will be doing
n
As a Diecutting operator, you will operate a fleet of diecutters used in the production of folding cartons. You will work alongside experienced team members and receive hands‐on support from management.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Setting up machines for production runs
n
Conducting Quality Checks on products for accuracy and consistency
n
Troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operation
n




Reporting any issues or deviations from job specifications to supervisors
n
Participating in routine cleaning and basic machine Maintenance
n
Contributing ideas to improve efficiency and productivity
n
Monitoring the quality of finished products to ensure high standards.
