We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to join a leading commercial interior fit-out business with a strong pipeline of projects across Brisbane.

These roles are for hands-on construction leaders who understand how to deliver complex fit-out projects, lead high-performing teams and build strong, trusted relationships with clients.

THE ROLE
n
n
Lead major commercial interior fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion.
n
Provide strong leadership across Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Engineers and site teams.
n
Drive program, procurement, commercial performance, quality and safety.
n
Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers and key stakeholders.
n
Take ownership of project delivery and contribute to the broader leadership team.
n

ABOUT YOU
n
n
Proven Senior Project Management experience in commercial fit-out/interiors.
n
Strong construction knowledge — you know how to build and can make decisions on site.
n
Natural leader who can develop and motivate project teams.
n
Exceptional client and stakeholder management skills.
n
Commercially astute with a strong focus on project outcomes.
n
