We're growing and are looking for a friendly, qualified and motivated Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role will be
primarily based at our Newstead clinic
, with the opportunity to work across our Brisbane Skin locations when required.

About the role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our busy specialist practice.
This is a
permanent part-time position, working approximately 50 hours per fortnight
, and will be
primarily based at our Newstead clinic




with opportunities to work across our Brisbane locations as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
The position includes participation in a rotating roster, including
late nights and Saturdays
.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is positive, organised and enjoys working in a busy team environment.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Previous experience in medical reception or specialist medical administration (highly regarded but not essential)
Experience in dermatology, skin medicine, plastic surgery or cosmetic medicine (desirable but not essential)
Outstanding customer service and patient care skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional, friendly and welcoming approach
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility to work late nights and Saturdays as part of a rotating roster
The ability to work across our Newstead and North Lakes clinics when required
