The Role
n
As a Systems Administrator, you will support, manage, and improve enterprise infrastructure environments across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid platforms. You will work closely with clients and internal delivery teams to ensure secure, stable, and scalable systems.
n
This is a consulting-focused role where you'll work across multiple clients and technologies, contributing to both operational excellence and infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support and manage enterprise Windows Server and cloud environments
n
Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid infrastructure platforms
n
Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, and identity services
n
Support infrastructure modernisation and cloud migration initiatives
n
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
n
Assist with security hardening and compliance requirements
n
Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
n
Collaborate with network, cloud, and security teams
n
Participate in technical discovery sessions and client workshops
n




Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
n
n
Experience & Skills
n
n
3–7 years' experience in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Support
n
Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments preferred
n
Strong Microsoft infrastructure background
n
Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments
n
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Ability to work across multiple client environments
n
Government Security Clearance (Baseline/ NV1)
n
