About the Role:
n
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Retail Shop Assistant to join our high-performing team at our Penrith store. This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday and some Saturdays.
n
You will support our Senior Sales Team by providing friendly customer service and helping keep the store clean, organised and well presented.
n
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
n

Assisting customers and processing sales through the POS system
n




Answering phone enquiries and assisting with customer questions
n
Merchandising and replenishing stock
n
Packing and unpacking deliveries
n
General cleaning and maintaining store presentation
n
n
About You:

Positive attitude and friendly communication skills
n
Reliable, organised and great attention to detail
n
Motivated and eager to learn new skills
n
Previous customer service or retail experience
n
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
n
Willing to learn and contribute to a positive team environment

Essential Requirements:

Available to work Mon - Fri and some Saturdays
n
Basic to intermediate computer skills essential
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Reliable, punctual and well presented
n
Ability to work well in a team environment
n
Good attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
n
