Job Description
This hands-on role combines customer service, sales support, stock control, and warehouse duties. You'll assist customers in the showroom, identify their needs, and recommend suitable irrigation and agricultural solutions.

Provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone

Assist customers with product selection and technical solutions

Process sales and maintain showroom presentation

Receive, move, and manage stock

Assist with inventory control and general warehouse duties

Friendly, reliable, and customer focused
n
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
n
Experience or understanding of irrigation, agriculture, farming, or rural industries
n
Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
Knowledge of pumps and irrigation systems (desirable)
n




Forklift licence (desirable)
n
Previous retail, trade, or rural merchandise experience (desirable)
n
Comfortable safely lifting and moving products such as pumps, troughs, irrigation pipe, and related equipment
n
