Canberra City Gymnastics Club is a not-for-profit club operating for over 40 years in the Canberra Community. We provide a wide range of programs, including working with children from 6 months old through to adults, with classes both in the club and at school venues. With flexibility around work schedules, coaching with CCGC is a fun and rewarding experience where you are sure to learn new skills, make new friends and have fun while working.

Qualifications & experience
n

While experience is preferred, full on-the-job training can be provided
n
Holds Working With Vulnerable People Card or ability to obtain one
n
Gymnastics Australia Technical Membership will be required, but can be obtained once hired
n
Preferred ability to work across both venues and travel to off-site programs
n
Must be available to take classes during the day
n
Preferred First-Aid qualification, however training will be run regularly within the club
n

Tasks & responsibilities

Teach gymnastics to a wide range of participants in a fun and engaging environment
n
Opportunities to work with people with disabilities to help develop their physical literacy
n
Working with people of all ages and skill levels
n
Flexible schedule available both during the day, in the
afternoons/evenings
and on weekends
n
On-the-job training provided
n
Opportunities to grow and develop your skills while working
n
First-Aid training run regularly at no cost to employees
