Our store islocatedalong a busy main road, with a sister store just 300 meters away in a shopping centre. While there is friendly competition, both storesoperateas one big team, supporting each other with staff, stock, and knowledge. With ten aisles and a large variety of products, there are plenty of opportunities to be creative with displays and promotions.
Each day brings new opportunities, and we work together toward achieving common goals. Our team enjoys coming to work, and management is approachable and supportive, fostering a positive and team-oriented environment. Milestone celebrations are marked with an in-store presentation, flowers, a gift from the store, and cake, in addition to head office certificates and vouchers!
As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, a typical day might look like:
Helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly
Assistcustomers with general queries
Replenish stock andmaintaininventory levels
Serve customers and process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system
Settingup displays for catalogue promotions

Ability to work well in a team and autonomously

Knowledge of pharmacy products and eagerness to learn
Strong communicationskills with all stakeholders
S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
