Automotive Sales Traineeship | Alto Southern Classic Cars

Alto Southern Classic Cars Wollongong, a multi franchised motor vehicle dealership representing Volkswagen, MG, Geely, Audi, Skoda, Nissan and Jaguar Land Rover is looking for candidates who would like to begin their automotive career in the fields of NEW and USED vehicle sales. This is a great opportunity to be part of a structured traineeship program where you can learn everything there is to know about the industry as you grow towards placement into one of the sales teams.

What you'll be doing

Supporting the sales teams to achieve KPI's
n
On the job training for either a current or used vehicle sales
n
Enrolment into the Alto traineeship program where you will be trained in all facets of motor vehicle sales .

Liaising with customers to assist in the purchase of a vehicle
n
n
What we're looking for

A keen interest in the automotive industry and a willingness to learn
n
Good communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
A great attitude and the ability to adapt to different situations
n
n
This is a full time position with a 5 day working week including Saturday rostering. Previous customer facing experience is highly regarded. Must have a valid drivers licence.
