Managing 100 restaurant 100 seat function room and cocktail bar
20 staff with rosters and training
beverage menu costing and planning
stock take
promotions
experience with XERO
NOW BOOK IT
SQUARE POS.
The business needs an overhaul from recent staff to working policies and procedures
WHS controls.
Ordering beverages and leasing with reps. Must have relevant qualifications and at least 3 years experience
