Natural Beginnings Early Learning World is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team and help create meaningful, engaging and nurturing learning experiences for our children.
About the Role
This is a
permanent part-time position
, with hours ranging from
15 to 37.5 hours per week
, depending on the operational needs of the service. Flexibility to work varying hours across our operating days is essential.
You will work alongside our experienced team to provide high-quality education and care within a warm, play-based environment, supporting each child's individual learning, development and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences
Build positive and respectful relationships with children and families




Contribute to observations, documentation and educational programming
Support children's individual development, wellbeing and interests
Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
Work collaboratively with educators and the leadership team
Contribute positively to the day-to-day operation of the service
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
or approved equivalent
Has a genuine passion for working with children
Has a sound understanding of the
EYLF and National Quality Standard
Is reliable, flexible and works well as part of a team
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
Holds a current
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Holds current
First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications
, or is willing to obtain them
Have completed the mandatory
Child Safe Training
