An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a medium-sized Residential Aged Care home located near Maitland.

This is a great opportunity to join a large and well-established Not-for-Profit provider in a fully compliant home with a clear and supportive leadership structure.

Facility Manager → Care Manager → Registered Nurses → Care Staff

The Opportunity
n
As a Registered Nurse working permanent night shifts, you will play an key role in ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality clinical care throughout the night.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing high-quality clinical care to residents overnight
n
Completing clinical assessments and responding to changing resident needs
n
Supporting medication management and clinical documentation
n
Working collaboratively with care staff to ensure residents' needs are met
n




Responding appropriately to clinical incidents and escalating concerns where required
n
Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
n
Supporting a safe, comfortable and positive environment for residents
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this position, you will have:
n
n
AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
n
Previous experience within Residential Aged Care
n
Full Australian Working Rights
n
Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
n
A compassionate, resident-focused approach
n
The ability to work confidently and autonomously during night shifts
n
