A rare opportunity to join one of Sydney's iconic, large-scale hospitality venues as a Senior Assistant Manager.

This is a genuinely multi-faceted operation with multiple concepts, significant daily trade and a strong corporate clientele. You'll be working across a complex business where no two days are quite the same, supporting senior leadership while taking real ownership of the operation.

We're looking for someone who doesn't simply want to manage shifts. You should want to treat the business like it's your own- understanding the numbers, developing your team, protecting standards and constantly looking for ways to improve the operation.

About You

We're looking for an ambitious hospitality manager who is ready to take the next step and make a meaningful impact. You'll bring:
n
n
Previous Assistant Manager, Senior Duty Manager or similar experience in a large pub or hospitality venue
n
Solid operational understanding across multiple departments and concepts
n
Commercial awareness across labour, stock, revenue and venue performance
n
Confidence leading large teams and holding people accountable
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
A hands-on approach with genuine pride in the operation
n
The ambition to continue progressing within hospitality
n
n
