TVN On-Country delivers projects in VIC, NSW, SA and QLD. We are on the lookout for a highly motivated & experienced HSEQ Officer to join our team based in Wodonga, Victoria.
n
The Role
n
Reporting to the HSEQ Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
n
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HSEQ Coordinator by maintaining accurate records, preparing reports and documentation relating to our externally accredited management systems for ISO****:****, ISO*****:**** & ISO*****:****, and Federal Safety Accreditation.
n
Coordinate meetings, audit schedules and training activities.
n
Managing compliance registers, monitoring document control processes, and ensuring HSEQ systems and databases are current and organised.
n
Liaise with industry associations, governing authorities,



and training partners to maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative and statutory compliance and ensuring appropriate communication and training strategies are implemented to maintain ongoing compliance.

Assist with the preparation and distribution of companywide HSEQ communications, audit documentation, management review materials, and project-specific compliance documentation.
n
Support the HSEQ Coordinator with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the HSEQ management system and timely completion of compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
n
You will have
n
Demonstrated experience in a HSEQ role within construction, civil works or heavy industry.
n
Have a or willing to get
Diploma/Certificate
IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS/OHS), Environmental Science, or related field.
n
Strong knowledge of relevant WHS and environmental legislation
n
Hold a valid driver's license and construction white card.
n
Have or be suitable to receive a Defence Security Clearance (i.e. an Australian Citizen with good police check).
n
Good computer skills and experience using the Microsoft suite of programs and Hammertech (or similar).
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to engage and influence at all levels.
n
A good sense of humour.
