The Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils in the classroom with their learning and development
Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities
Provide one-to-one and small group support where needed
Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Support children with varying learning needs and abilities
Encourage pupil confidence, engagement, and independence
We Are Looking For Candidates Who:
Have experience working with children or young people
Are patient, caring, and enthusiastic
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Are adaptable and willing to support across different year groups
Are passionate about helping children reach their full potential
