To continue this success we are looking for a National Account Manager who will be responsible for supporting account delivery, ensuring the commercial plan is executed smoothly in alignment with the National Business Manager while handling analysis, coordination, and day-to-day customer operations.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the end-to-end promotional program, driving execution excellence, promotional effectiveness, and customer collaboration.
Develop and execute account plans, range reviews, and commercial proposals to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
Lead performance analysis, customer business reviews, and insight generation to support strategic decision‐making and joint business planning.
Manage forecasting, NPD launches, SKU lifecycle activities, and cross‐functional alignment to ensure successful customer execution and service levels.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver in‐store activation, continuous improvement initiatives, field engagement, and key sales projects.
Qualifications
About you:
Own and manage the customer promotional program, including planning, execution, analysis, and stakeholder communication.
Support account plan delivery, forecasting, range reviews, and NPD launches to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Analyse promotional,



category, and customer performance data to provide insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Shopper Marketing, and customer teams to optimise execution, service levels, and commercial outcomes.
Lead customer engagement, cross‐functional projects, and field communication while driving continuous improvement and team capability development.
