We are seeking an experienced Quarry Supervisor to support the safe and efficient production of limestone, sand, and gravel.

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Quarry Supervisor to support the efficient production of limestone, sand, and gravel. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading site personnel, and ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
This is a Bunbury-based position.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily quarry operations to ensure safe and efficient production
Allocate work and coordinate tasks to maximise productivity
Lead, coach and support quarry employees on-site
Ensure all pre-start checks, Take 5's and hazard reporting are completed
Operate heavy machinery (loaders, dozers, dump trucks, excavators) as required
Feed and manage material flow into crushers and stockpiles
Conduct equipment inspections and basic maintenance (fuel, oil, grease checks)
Monitor compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards




Maintain accurate timesheets and operational records
Assist with planning and scheduling of site activities
Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
Promote continuous improvement and best practice processes
About You
Proven experience in quarrying, mining or similar heavy industry
Strong leadership and supervisory capability
Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience operating mobile and fixed plant equipment
Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
