I'm currently working with a highly regarded, award-winning design practice that is looking to appoint a Quality Systems Leader to take ownership of their Quality Management System and help drive a strong culture of quality across the business.
n
This is a unique chance for someone with a strong background in quality systems and
architecture/design
who enjoys working collaboratively with technical teams and influencing how quality is embedded into everyday project delivery.
n
The Role You'll be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the organisation's Quality Management System, ensuring ongoing ISO **** compliance while working closely with teams across the business.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Maintaining and improving the ISO **** Quality Management System and ensuring ongoing compliance.
n
Developing and maintaining practice standards, processes, templates and quality documentation.
n
Improving the quality, consistency and coordination of project documentation.
n
Reviewing and analysing client feedback to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
n
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
n
Working closely with project and technical teams to embed quality into everyday processes.
n
Supporting teams with quality requirements, systems and best practice.
n
Providing guidance and training to help build a shared responsibility for quality across the practice.
n
Identifying opportunities to use technology and innovation to improve quality processes and outcomes.
n

What We're Looking For
n
We're looking for someone who brings:




n
n
Robust knowledge and practical experience with ISO **** and Quality Management Systems.
n
Previous experience within architecture and/or design is essential.
n
A background in a technical, quality or project delivery environment.
n
Strong understanding of documentation standards, coordination and project delivery processes.
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
n
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
n
The ability to train, guide and support technical teams.
n
A proactive approach to continuous improvement and risk reduction.
n
An interest in using technology and innovation to improve quality systems.
n
