Our client is a leading infrastructure organisation delivering large scale projects across Sydney. They are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join their collaborative team and play a key role in coordinating the end-to-end sourcing, tendering and supplier activities.

The Role
n
Reporting into the Procurement Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
n
Managing coordination of procurement and tender activities (from documentation, evaluation, approvals to coordination of recommendations)
n
Supporting supplier onboarding and compliance requirements
n
Maintaining procurement documentation, records and reporting
n
Providing advice to ensure compliance across the project to internal and external stakeholders
n
Building strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams
n




Supporting contract administration and audit readiness activities
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
Previous experience in procurement, contracts administration, commercial support or project coordination
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
n
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
High attention to detail and a strong understanding of governance and compliance
n
Confidence communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
n
Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
n
