### Metal Fabricator Wanted· Laverton North VIC **** · Full time**Key responsibilities:*** Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and measurements.
* Mark out, cut, shape, bend and form metal components.
* Fabricate and assemble truck bodies, frames, panels and related components.
* Perform MIG, TIG and other welding as required.
* Use hand tools, power tools and fabrication machinery safely.
* Inspect completed work to ensure correct dimensions and quality standards.
* Repair and modify damaged or existing truck body components.
* Maintain a clean and safe workshop setting.
**Requirements:*** Relevant trade qualification in engineering fabrication or a related field.
* Previous experience as a Metal Fabricator or in a similar role.
* Strong welding, measuring and fabrication skills.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings.




* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
