Aboutthe Role
TheArea Manager will play a pivotal role in leading a portfolio of early learningservices to deliver exceptional outcomes for children, families andcommunities.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, Early Learning, you willprovide strategic leadership, coach and develop service leaders, drive qualityimprovement and support both financial and operational performance.




At the heartof this role is ensuring services maintain the highest standards of childsafety, compliance and educational excellence.
This is an exciting opportunityto deliver on organisational strategy while making a meaningful impact acrossdiverse communities.
This is a full time, permanent role working on a hybrid basis.
Travel will be required across your portfolio of 5-7 services, located in metro Melbourne, Wyndham Vale and Geelong.
AboutYou
Youare an experienced leader in the early childhood sector with a strong trackrecord in managing multiple services or complex operational portfolios.
Youbring expertise in people leadership, quality improvement, workforce planningand stakeholder engagement, together with a deep understanding of the NationalQuality Framework and Child Safe Standards.
A collaborative and strategicthinker, you build strong relationships, lead change with confidence and usedata and insight to drive continuous improvement.
Most importantly, you arecommitted to achieving the best outcomes for children and are a passionateadvocate for high quality early childhood education.
