Three Points Core Support & Services Pty Ltd is currently seeking Casual Support Workers (Male & Female) to join our growing team in Townsville, Queensland.
n
These roles involve providing in-home support services within the aged and disability care sectors.
n
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for these positions.
n
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
n
n
Providing personalised, high-quality support to clients, including:n
n
Assistance with daily living activities
n
Personal care
n
Community access and social engagement
n
n
Advocating for clients' rights while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing
n
Following all organisational policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
n
Working collaboratively with the wider care team to implement individualised support plans
n
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
n
Actively participating in training and professional development
n
n




A Working with Vulnerable People Check must be obtained within 30 days of commencement.
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum 1 year experience in aged care and/or disability support (essential)
n
Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by people in aged and disability care
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A compassionate, patient, and person-centred approach
n
First Aid & CPR certification (must be held prior to commencement if not current)
n
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
n
Relevant Certificate III qualification (desirable but not essential)
n
