PointForce Carpentry is looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team, based in Edgecliff.

The role will be varied, with a strong focus on:

Recruitment - sourcing, interviewing and coordinating our staff
n
Day-to-day operations - helping manage our workforce, jobs and client requirements
n
Business development - building relationships with new and existing clients and identifying new opportunities
n
n
Previous experience in sales, recruitment or a similar role would be a great bonus, but we're also interested in people who are driven, organised,



confident and keen to build a career in the construction industry.
