Our team is growing, and we're looking for a Trailer Fit-Out & Assembly Technician who wants to be part of it.

From workshop floor to the next adventure
n
There's something satisfying about watching a finished Hauler roll out the door and knowing you helped build it.
n
The neatly run wiring. The accurately fitted aluminium floor. The suspension working exactly as it should. Those details matter—and we're looking for someone who takes pride in getting them right.
n
You'll work alongside our production team, bringing our trailers to life through final assembly, fit-out and finishing.
n
What you'll be doing
n
Installing 12-volt wiring, harnesses, trailer plugs and LED lighting.
n
Plumbing air suspension systems with secure, leak-free connections.
n
Measuring, cutting and fitting aluminium flooring and sheeting.
n
Fitting components, accessories and custom options across our Hauler range.




n
Using drills, rivet guns, grinders and other workshop tools safely and confidently.
n
Troubleshooting fit-out challenges and checking the quality of your work.
n
Keeping your workspace protected, organised and ready for the next build.
n
You bring the skills. And the pride.
n
You might come from trailer manufacturing, caravan assembly, vehicle accessories, mechanical fitting, coachbuilding or another practical workshop background.
n
What matters is that you're confident on the tools, mechanically minded and care about the finished product.
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
Thinks on their feet and enjoys solving practical problems.
n
Produces clean, accurate work without cutting corners.
n
Turns up reliably and gets stuck in.
n
Works well with others and takes ownership of their tasks.
n
Wants to help build quality Australian products.
n
Experience with 12-volt wiring, air suspension or aluminium flooring will be highly regarded. An interest in the 4x4 and outdoor lifestyle is a bonus.
