About The Role
n
You will play a key role in delivering features across our mobile, web, and cloud platforms.
n
This is a hands-on engineering role with a balanced focus on building polished Flutter user experiences and designing scalable backend services and APIs using modern AI-assisted development practices.
n
You will collaborate closely with product, design, and clinical stakeholders to transform ideas and designs into production-ready software.
n

Key Responsibilities
n
Software Development
n
n
Design and build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and AWS
n
Build and maintain cross‐platform applications using Flutter
n
Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
n
Implement new features from Figma designs across the full stack
n
Deliver responsive, polished, and accessible user interfaces
n




Investigate and resolve full‐stack performance and UI/UX issues
n
Keep dependencies and tooling current (Node, Flutter, Prisma, AWS SDKs)
n
Refactor and pay down technical debt as part of normal feature work
n
n
Product Quality & QA
n
n
Verify features against business requirements before release
n
Perform manual testing and regression testing
n
Identify edge cases and usability issues
n
Ensure features match approved designs and expected workflows
n
Write and maintain automated tests (Flutter widget tests, Jest API tests)
n
Work closely with designers to ensure accurate implementation
n
Provide development estimates and feedback on proposed feature designs
n
Help improve consistency across the product experience
n
Contribute to new product and feature ideas
n

What We're Looking For

5+ years commercial software development experience
n
Solid problem‐solving skills

Ability to work independently

Excellent attention to detail

Commercial cross platform mobile app experience (Flutter strongly preferred)
n
Commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript
n
Proven ability to build and deploy scalable backend APIs
n
Experience working directly with designers
n
Agentic coding tools and workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
n

Healthcare or regulated industry experience

Startup experience
n
Infrastructure as code (AWS SAM or CloudFormation) and GitHub Actions
