Cater Care is looking for an experienced Barista who enjoys great coffee, quality service and working as part of a team.
n
Based at a private girls' school in Perth, you'll work across two café outlets, preparing coffee and beverages, serving customers and supporting daily hospitality operations.
n
The role offers consistent school-term hours in a friendly and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare consistently high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages
n
Deliver friendly, professional customer service to students, staff, and visitors
n
Assist with food preparation, recess and lunch service,



and café operations
n
Support functions and conference catering across campus
n
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
n
n
Desired Skills and Experience
n
n
Qualified Barista with previous experience in a busy café or hospitality environment
n
Passionate about coffee, food and delivering excellent customer service
n
Confident supporting café service, food preparation and kitchen operations
n
Reliable, flexible and a positive team player who works well under pressure
n
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene, with a focus on quality and service
n
