This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee site activities, coordinate tradespeople and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What you'll bring:

Mechanical trade background (preferred)
n
Minimum 4 years' experience as a Fitter/Welder in industrial environments
n
At least 2 years' experience in a Mechanical Lead or similar supervisory role

Solid leadership, planning, and communication skills

Commitment to health, safety, and quality outcomes
