The duties and team
n
You will enjoy working in a large, but close knit team of UG mobile plant operators. Reporting to the development or production Supervisor - your duties will include;-
n
n
Charging faces (working with emulsion-based explosives)
n
Working closely with the jumbo and long-hole operators
n
Working closely with a tight knit crew
n
Working in a highly secure manner
n
n




Your skills and experience
n
Your 1-2+ years recent experience working as a charge up operator will put you in a great position with the tasks you will face in this role. Other key skill/ licenses needed;-
n
n
Underground hard rock mining
development/production
charge up experience (essential)
n
Experience working with emulsion-based explosives
n
Excellent safety standards
n
Team player and have the ability to work autonomously
n
Looking for long term permanent work on a FIFO 2:2 roster
n
n
