An established commercial HVAC contractor is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to take ownership of its Sydney Service & Maintenance Division.
n
The core objective is simple: manage, develop and grow the division. You'll lead the existing service operation while actively growing the commercial maintenance portfolio, strengthening client relationships and securing new recurring maintenance contracts.

The Role
n

Manage and grow the commercial HVAC Service & Maintenance Division
n
Lead and support HVAC Service Technicians and service personnel
n
Drive current preventative maintenance contracts across Sydney
n
Develop relationships with Facilities Managers, Property Managers and commercial clients
n
Grow existing accounts and identify additional works opportunities
n
Prepare maintenance proposals, tenders, scopes and quotations
n




Manage service delivery, technician productivity and operational performance
n
Oversee revenue, margins, budgets and contract profitability
n
Provide senior technical support on complex HVAC issues
n
Work closely with senior management to deliver growth targets
n

About You
n
n
Strong commercial HVAC service and maintenance background
n
Previous Service Manager, Service Supervisor, Account Manager or similar experience
n
Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC plant and controls
n
Experience managing and developing HVAC technicians
n
Commercially minded with the ability to develop client relationships and win work
n
Existing relationships within Sydney's commercial property or FM market highly regarded
n
